Refund policy

1. Digital Downloads

1.1 Our digital products are currently delivered by instant download, upon payment. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided upon checkout. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

1.2 Downloads from our site are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products.

1.3 We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because these products are digital goods delivered via instant download, we generally offer no refunds on these products.

1.4 Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests for digital downloads must be made within 14 days of your original purchase.

2. Printed Resources

2.1 We generally do not offer refunds for printed resources that are sold with an accompanying digital version. However, we stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us, therefore, refund requests of this nature are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of your purchase and the product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

2.2 For printed resources sold without an accompanying digital version, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

2.3 After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

2.4 If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
